•    If you are wearing close toed shoes, then wear socks.
•    Wear socks that are moisture-wicking and durable.
•    Be aware that shoes such as Birkenstocks and other cork- based shoes mold to your feet as you wear them.  So, the more you wear them then the more customized to your feet they will be.
•    Always rotate your shoes.
•    Sandals are a great option as long as there aren’t any tight straps that could cut into your foot.
