Jamestown Shoe and Luggage Service has over 30 years’ experience in repairing shoes, leather, handbags, and luggage.  We are located at 931 North State Road 434, Suite 1095, in Altamonte Springs, Florida.  We are open Monday through Friday from 8am until 6pm and on Saturday from 8am until 2pm.  We are closed on Sunday.

We repair all types of shoes including boots, athletic shoes, and orthopedic shoes.  Need new soles, heels, tips, or stitching?  We can do that.  We also offer shoe stretching for men’s and women’s shoes and we can modify orthopedic shoes.  After repairing your shoes, we polish and clean your shoes so they are in tip top shape when you pick them up.

We offer a wide variety of repairs for handbags and leather bags.  We can repair or replace straps, stitching, zippers, buckles, and more.  We can also add on clasps.

Our store is an approved luggage repair shop for brands such as Ricardo, Skyway, Travel Pro, Atlantic, Delsey, Victorinox (Swiss Army Luggage), and Briggs and Riley.  We can also service other manufacturers and luggage that is out of warranty.  We can repair or replace luggage carry handles, luggage retractable handles, luggage zipper sliders, luggage feet, luggage wheels, luggage zippers, and more!

Can’t make it to our location?  We offer a mail in repair service.  Simply go online to http://www.floridashoeandluggagerepair.com/Mail-In-Your-Repairs.html , fill out the form, and sent in the form along with your items to our address.  Once we receive your items, we will call you with the final price and to obtain payment.  Once your items are repaired, we will mail them back to you.
